Galvanized Self Dumping Site Bin
This self dumping bin is an economical solution for waste handling applications on site. It has a special mechanism that enables it to be easily emptied by a forklift into a bulk site bin or skip.
The forklift operator attaches the self dumping bin to the forklift by engaging the forks into the slippers. The safety chain is then attached tightly around the carriage, and reattached through a link in the chain with the snap-hook to hold it securely. The forklift operator can then empty the bin from a safe distance without needing to be near the heavy bin to engage the tipping movement. To do this, the forklift operator hooks the bin feet onto the lip of the skip bin and reverses the forklift to withdraw the forks. The built-in tipping mechanism then engages, enabling the contents to tip out. When empty, the driver reverses again and the bin rights itself ready for the next use.
The nesting bin design uses minimum space during transport and storage, and its 0.95 cubic metre capacity suits most regular sites. Weighing 180kg, this versatile bin saves time and increases safety on site.
