Celebrating Employee Appreciation Day the Jaybro Way!

That's why we celebrated Employee Appreciation Day on March 3rd by kicking off our quarterly lunches for 2023 with a BBQ. We wanted to show our employees how much we value their hard work and contributions to our success. However, we didn't stop there. We extended the festivities all week long until March 10th to ensure that every team member felt appreciated and recognised for their hard work.

Employee Appreciation Day is an important day for us because it provides us with an opportunity to recognise our employees' contributions and show our gratitude for their efforts. We measure our success through various metrics, such as our Employee Engagement Score, Net Promoter Score, Average Daily Sales and EBITDA. We know that our team members are the ones who contribute to these metrics every single day.
