Jaybro Group's vision for reconciliation is an Australia that recognises, celebrates and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as First Australians.Reconciliation should strengthen relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the wider Australian community, for the benefit of all Australians.
Our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is part of Jaybro Group’s ongoing commitment to embrace unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the wider Australian community.

We have also participated in events such as the Reconciliation Australia - RAP Learning Circle and Supply Nations – First step Training, and we look forward to further engaging with the community by attending events and learning opportunities.
