Printed Scrim Promotes Caddens Hill Development
Construction Project Snapshot
Opening in late 2020, Caddens Corner is currently under development by retail construction specialists Mainbrace. An expansive retail and community hub, the site is located at Caddens Hill in Sydney’s West. The precinct will include major tenants Woolworths, as well as food outlets, a childcare centre, medical centre and gym. Jaybro’s printed scrim surrounds the site acting as large format advertising.
The Challenges
Our clients Mainbrace constructions were looking for an economical and high impact way to advertise their new neighbourhood precinct. The project managers wanted to represent their partners in this project as well, and a printed scrim supplier in Sydney was sought.
The chain wire fencing around the site was a prime area to advertise the site, and Mainbrace chose to use 500 metres of Jaybro’s printed scrim to go around the perimeter.
Jaybro’s Solution
Jaybro supplied 10 rolls of printed scrim to Mainbrace for the Caddens Corner project. Printed with bold, high impact text such as ‘watch this space’, the printed scrim served to encourage public interest in the project as well as advertising the company’s key messages.
Along with their own logo and messages, Mainbrace supported their construction and development partners Kaipara Property Group, Nettleton Tribe Architecture, plus key tenant Woolworths, by including their logos on the printed scrim. Providing exposure through site advertising is a great way for construction firms to promote and support other businesses involved in a project.
The printed scrim supplied to Mainbrace is helping to provide privacy and dust control on site whilst also acting as a large format advertising medium.
Jaybro’s printed scrim or banner mesh is available in rolls up to 50 metres long. Constructed from tough UV treated polyester, the scrim provides 80% block out and 20% airflow, with tough hemming and eyelets every metre for easy installation on your temporary fence.
Jaybro applies a full-colour print to white fabric, and the quality scrim we use enables excellent print quality for both elaborate designs as well as simple block printing. Fire resistant printed scrim is also available to ensures sites meet workplace health and safety requirements.
In addition to printed open weave banner mesh, premium printed fence fabric, fence mesh and shade cloth, we can also print on vinyl banners or site hoarding for maximum branding exposure. Contact our friendly branding team for more information on printed scrim.
