Adhesive Vinyl Pipe Marker, Hot Water Return, 10 Pack

Our industrial grade adhesive pipe marker stickers are manufactured from quality vinyl for a long service life. Simply peel the backing from the marker and press in place. Suits pipes with an outside diameter of over 70mm OD. This sticker measures 54 x 475 mm with the message HOT WATER RETURN.

Pipe markers comply with AS 1345:1995 Identification of Contents of Pipes Conduits and Ducts. The premium inks provide a long service life and ensure the identification of the pipe can be easily determined.

Proper pipe identification helps contractors and emergency services to identify a pipe's contents when there are several in a plant room or basement. They also help to save time when tracing lines are necessary during maintenance operations.

Pipe markers should be placed adjacent to all junctions, valves, service appliances, bulkhead and wall penetrations. The standard indicates that markers should be spaced no more than 8 metres apart except for long uninterrupted straight runs of external service where spacing shall not exceed 50 metres.

The pipe marker design follows the standard which nominates the colour, shape and size of text and markings to show the direction of flow.
